Warranty

All our services include a 6 months limited warranty against functions or visual defects of the part replaced. We do not cover water damage, unfortunately, after the watch is cracked, there is no way to make it waterproof again.

We do not cover warranty over other parts that were never repaired or replaced by us

We do not cover warranty related with bad handling from buyers or new cracked or drops

We do not cover warranty if the watch has been manipulated from another third party, before send us for a warranty claim

 

If you have any problem with the repair after you get it or between the 6 months, feel free to contact us by email or phone with your issues and we will take care of the problem, giving you a reply in less than 24 hours

 

In case of a warranty claim due to our problem we will cover 100% all shipping costs
