If after placed your order, you decided that you do not want to do the service anymore, please contact with us and we will issue a 100% refund

After the watch is shipped, if not yet repaired and the buyer decided do not want to go ahead with the repair, our company can issue a partial refund, deducting the shipping and merchants fee

After the watch is repaired and shipped back to the buyers, refunds are not accepted
