Once you have purchased our service, you will receive an email with all the details, about where to send your watch.

1. Our company only cover the shipping back to your locations, which means buyers must pay for the shipping to our location in Miami, FL

2. Ship or drop your watch to our location, down indicated

   3399 NW 72ND AVE STE 117, MIAMI, FL 33122

3. Protect good your watch and ship it to us, We are only accepting at the moment shipping by UPS or FeDEX

4. Put your information as contact name, order number and return address inside the box

5. After we get your order, we will proceed to repair your watch and ship it back to you no later than 2 business days

6. If for any reasons there is any complication with your watch, we will let you know before the repair process start, or between the 2 business days 

7. After your watch is repaired, we will proceed to ship your watch back to the address provided when you register in our website, using a UPS Ground Service
